The roadmap for implementing our sales & marketing campaign is composed of a phased rollout of 4 main pillars:
- Boost Sales Outreach – Two new members of the sales team will be hired immediately to boost outreach.
- Amplify Product Awareness – Marketing spend will be increased by 50% in Q3 2021 to amplify product awareness.
- Reduce CAC – Inefficiencies in the marketing and sales funnel will be addressed in Q4 2021 to reduce CAC.
- Customer Education – A customer success team will be created in Q1 2022to boost existing customer satisfaction and product knowledge.
Following the revamped sales & marketing strategy laid out above, a series C will be raised. These resources will be put toward expanding our product offering as well as working out the minor kinks in our existing product.
In addition to the product, the Series C resources will be used to invest in our leadership team. Tuesday is a growing company, and we want to make sure our employees remain well served by their leaders.
