Overview

The roadmap for implementing our sales & marketing campaign is composed of a phased rollout of 4 main pillars:

  1. Boost Sales Outreach – Two new members of the sales team will be hired immediately to boost outreach. 
  2. Amplify Product Awareness – Marketing spend will be increased by 50% in Q3 2021 to amplify product awareness.
  3. Reduce CAC – Inefficiencies in the marketing and sales funnel will be addressed in Q4 2021 to reduce CAC.
  4. Customer Education – A customer success team will be created in Q1 2022to boost existing customer satisfaction and product knowledge.

Product 

Following the revamped sales & marketing strategy laid out above, a series C will be raised. These resources will be put toward expanding our product offering as well as working out the minor kinks in our existing product.

Culture/Team 

In addition to the product, the Series C resources will be used to invest in our leadership team. Tuesday is a growing company, and we want to make sure our employees remain well served by their leaders.
